Service Agreement
By booking a service with Morocco Chauffeurs, you agree to these terms and conditions. Our services include airport transfers, city-to-city transfers, hourly chauffeur hire, multi-day tours, event transportation, and VIP concierge services. All bookings are subject to vehicle and chauffeur availability.
Booking & Cancellation
Bookings are confirmed upon receipt of written confirmation from Morocco Chauffeurs. Standard transfers may be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Multi-day tours require 72 hours notice for free cancellation. Late cancellations may incur charges equivalent to the first day of service.
Liability
Morocco Chauffeurs maintains comprehensive insurance for all vehicles and passengers. Our liability is limited to the value of the booked service. We are not responsible for delays caused by traffic, weather, road closures, or other circumstances beyond our control. Passengers travel at their own risk and are advised to maintain personal travel insurance.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service for standard transfers. Multi-day tours and event transportation require a 50% deposit at booking, with the balance due on the first day of service. We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash.
Passenger Conduct
Passengers are expected to treat vehicles and chauffeurs with respect. Smoking is not permitted in any vehicle. Any damage to vehicles caused by passenger negligence will be charged at repair cost. The chauffeur reserves the right to terminate a journey if passenger conduct endangers safety.
