You can book through our website by visiting the reservation page, or contact us directly by phone or email. We recommend booking at least 24 hours in advance, though we accommodate same-day requests whenever possible.
Our fleet ranges from executive sedans such as the Mercedes E-Class to full-size coaches for groups of up to 45. We also offer luxury sedans, SUVs, the Mercedes V-Class for families, and VIP Sprinters for medium groups.
Yes, all our chauffeurs are fluent in English and French. Many also speak Arabic, Spanish, German, and other European languages, depending on the region they serve.
Yes. Our quoted prices include the vehicle, chauffeur, fuel, tolls, parking, and VAT. There are no hidden fees. The only optional extra is a gratuity for your chauffeur, which is at your discretion.
Standard transfers can be cancelled free of charge up to 24 hours before the scheduled pickup. Multi-day tours have a 72-hour cancellation window. We always work with clients to find a fair solution if plans change unexpectedly.
Yes, we provide child seats and booster seats at no additional charge. Please specify the ages of children at the time of booking so we can fit the appropriate seat in your vehicle.
Yes, modifications to pickup times, locations, and routes can usually be accommodated at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 12 hours in advance. Vehicle upgrades are subject to availability.
We track all flights in real time. If your arrival is delayed, your chauffeur adjusts automatically at no extra charge. There is no need to notify us — we will be waiting when you land.
We serve 13 destinations across Morocco, including Marrakech, Casablanca, Fez, Tangier, Rabat, Agadir, Essaouira, Chefchaouen, Merzouga, Meknes, Ouarzazate, Ifrane, and El Jadida. We also provide transfers between any of these cities.
We accept major credit cards, bank transfers, and cash payment in Moroccan Dirhams or Euros. Payment is due upon completion of the service for standard transfers. Multi-day tours require a deposit at booking.
