We strongly recommend splitting this journey over two days. An overnight stop in Ouarzazate or the Dades Valley allows you to visit Ait Benhaddou, explore the Dades Gorge, and arrive at the Sahara dunes refreshed for sunset. We can arrange accommodation at carefully selected hotels along the route.
Ideally, we plan your arrival for late afternoon, allowing time to transfer to your desert camp and begin a sunset camel trek into the Erg Chebbi dunes.
